Under the auspices of the Texas AgriLIFE Extension and the Permian Basin Master Gardeners, the Water Conservation Committee educates citizens of the Permian Basin for water awareness and effective conservation practices in this area.  Master Gardeners collaborate with Keep Texas Beautiful affiliates, representatives of the cities of Odessa and Midland, Colorado River Municipal Water District, Texas Department of Transportation, and other local groups to fulfill this mission.
